5/16" (0,8 cm) seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces.
Starmania is the adult version of our Ginger pattern for kids. The adult pattern has been modified to include a sweatshirt and a dress. It has the same basic construction with interesting panel seams and a “v” shaped yoke at the neck. There is a seam at the centre-back of the dress to reduce the fabric requirement.
The sweatshirt has an added hem band while the hem at the bottom of the dress is simply stitched with a twin needle.
This design should be sewn exclusively from sweatshirt knits. For the neckband, you will need a strip of ribbing in a matching shade in order to be sure the neckline has enough elasticity and fits well.
